Services Overview
Jewish Legacy Stories provides legacy interview and documentary services, which may include video interviews, photography, audio recordings, digitization of photos or documents, editing, written transcripts, and related storytelling deliverables.
All services are customized and scoped per project.

Booking & Payments
• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve filming dates and begin work.
• Remaining balances are due according to the agreed-upon payment schedule outlined in your proposal or contract.
• Failure to submit payment may delay or pause delivery of services.
All pricing, deliverables, timelines, and revisions will be clearly outlined before work begins.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Client-initiated cancellations may forfeit deposits, as time and resources are reserved specifically for your project.
• We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests when possible.
• In the rare event we must reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to find an alternative date or solution.

Creative Process & Revisions
Legacy storytelling is a deeply personal and creative process.
• We aim to honor your story with care, sensitivity, and professionalism.
• Revisions are limited to what is outlined in your package or agreement.
• Additional edits or requests outside the original scope may incur extra fees.
Creative decisions—including pacing, structure, music, and storytelling style—are guided by our expertise while incorporating your feedback.

Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
• Upon full payment, clients receive personal, non-commercial usage rights to the final deliverables.
• Jewish legacy Stories retains the right to display excerpts of the work for portfolio, promotional, or educational purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Raw footage, project files, or unused materials are not included unless explicitly stated.

Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate information and necessary materials in a timely manner.
• Secure permissions from family members or participants involved in filming.
• Ensure that shared photos, documents, or materials are legally owned or authorized for use.

• We are not liable for data loss due to events beyond our control (equipment failure, acts of God, third-party services, etc.).
